Dr. Arvisais earned his Ph.D. from The George Washington University (GW) in Management. His research area is in Operations Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior and I/O Psychology. He currently is Associate Professor of Management at Stevenson University, Brown School of Business and Leadership, in Maryland. His teaching focus is Operations Management and Strategy. He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Management, Conflict Management, Negotiation, Group Dynamics,Team Building, Business Strategy and Human Resources. Prior to his academic career, he worked in the insurance industry for over 23 years and held positions in administration, operations, technology, marketing and sales.
